Conti Architects commenced practice in 1987 following the return of the principal, Robert Conti, from working as an architect in London from 1984 – 1986. Together with partner, Dolores O’Grady, the firm has since established a body of architectural projects incorporating Architecture, Interior Design and Landscaping in the following sectors:
- Commercial
- Institutional
- Residential
- Tourism
- Industrial
In particular, this has included offices, youth crisis accommodation centres, shared supported accommodation, restaurants, warehouses, food processing plants, tenancy fitouts, childcare centres, wineries, CFA fire stations, art galleries, laboratories, medium density developments and houses with a project value range from $30M down to $0.5M.
We have experience in all aspects of project delivery from master planning / sketch design phase to full contract documentation, tendering the project, and selection of builder as part of the contract administration stage.
In all our projects, our strong commitment to purpose and place drives our endeavour to fulfil the potential of the brief and site alike. Our work has been acknowledged by industry awards and publications. We are registered on the CSR panel with the Department of Transport.
